In this session Simon shows you how you can easily and, above all, well prepared float into the forearm stand! The flow strengthens your shoulders, your core and opens your chest so that you are well prepared for this exciting asana! Don’t worry, even if the forearm stand is not yet part of your practice, this session is worthwhile to practice the preparatory exercises. Never give up, it will work out eventually!
