A new session on our journey through arm balances awaits you: This time we will look at the postures “Tittibhasana and Vashistasana” and practice them together! Simon starts with alternate breathing, which already gives you the feeling for the lift upwards that you need for the upcoming postures. The flow that follows opens your hips, strengthens your core and stretches your side flanks. Afterwards you can practice Tittibhasana and hopefully smile as happily as Sophia!
