The Queen and The King! What is it all about? It means the headstand and the shoulderstand. Two postures that many of us have great respect (perhaps even fear and discomfort) for and at the same time are so beautiful, magnificent and graceful to look at. They also have a wonderful effect on our nervous system and are therefore two very important postures for our own practice. With the right technique, a little courage, concentration and focus, you too will gradually get a feel for these postures. You may have to practise this unit several times for a while until you get it right, but we can promise you: The feeling of experiencing the world upside down can’t be compared to anything else!
