In Yin Yoga we consciously slow down the pace of everyday life and open up the space to perceive the body and observe what is to be experienced during the exercise – like a small oasis of calm in which we can breathe deeply. In the flow with the breath we move through meditation, breathing exercises and flowing movements. Combined with long-held asanas, through which we calm down and open and relax our bodies, this class offers the perfect balance to your stressful everyday life.

After more than 10 years in Thailand, Australia and Bali, I have settled in Munich in 2017 and have been teaching yoga full-time in studios, company offices, online and at festivals and events since then. My philosophy is simple – life is not a problem to be solved, but a reality to be experienced. All classes are taught with clear instructions, positive affirmations, intelligent sequences, and love.
