Über Benedetta

Bene stands for creativity and Italian cordiality. Expect creative sequencing, full body flows, lots of planking and some fun challenges in her classes. 

I am a yoga teacher from beautiful Padova, Italy, but spent ten years of my life in Asia before relocating to Munich. I fell in love with the empowering and calming properties of the practice and with the sense of community that it creates, and I’m super grateful to share this gift with her students.
