This class offers a slow, full body practice that is designed to facilitate deeper self-awareness. We’ll intentionally explore yogic practices, mainly asana and pranayama, building beneficial connections within the body-mind. We will anchor into stability and personal strength to allow softness and flow to emerge safely.
I’m a RYT500 qualified Yoga teacher, which I trained for with Tamsin Sheehy at The Shala in Cape Town. Currently, I am also studying Yoga therapy with The Minded Institute in London. Yoga empowered me to facilitate my own becoming. My offering is various, but always intentional with the aim to create a safe space for personal exploration, insight, integration, healing and growth on all levels of Self. You can usually look forward to a slow paced Vinyasa/Hatha-styled class with detailed cues. With my teachings I encourage the cultivation of a curious and non-judgemental presence, which I hope will inspire the individual to live aligned with compassion and grace.
